Pleasant

Big, comfortable bungalow, pleasant pools, we could rent a scooter at a good price. The staff also helped us to book some trips.

The property is next to a very busy, big street. The first bungalow we got "Garden view" was facing the street, so it was very noisy...fortunately the staff was so kind they changed our room the next day. The floor in our room was never cleaned, already when we checked in it was veeeery dirty, with stains and hair...we politely asked several times to clean it (at the reception and the cleaning staff directly) and they always said they would do it, but never actually did it for 5 days 🥲 The beach across the street is very average with a few bars, but the proximity to the street makes it very noisy. The location of the hotel, in general, is not great, there's nothing to do, so I recommend renting a scooter. Internet in the evening (when everybody's using it) doesn't really work.

the view from balcony and the 1 minute walk to the beach. staff were nice

bathroom. toilet especially was dirty when we arrived. also seemed a bit like a abandoned hotel.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay at Panalee - the accommodation was great and the staff were extremely helpful. Even putting a new wifi router in to improve the wifi from our room. The pool facilities were clean and the garden nice to walk around. The property is close to some good restaurants and cafes.

Clean and spacious bungalow for a reasonable price!

Clean and spacious bungalow for a reasonable price. Was great to have a bath! Enjoyed being on the quieter side of the island - some people may night like this though (Renting a scooter is a must) The staff were very kind and helpful.

The bungalow was the closest one to the road which we could hear but not a major issue.

Superb

Great value for money, set in well maintained tropical gardens with 2 pools and big modern rooms. Some of the best restaurants I went to on the island are just a few steps from the hotel. Beach is just across the road. Rooms are cleaned spotlessly daily with clean towels and crisp fresh linen sheets, always nice to come back after a hard day on the beach! Overall great hotel, good location and great price.

nice stay with comfortable bed and beautiful view

the bed was super comfortable and the cleaning stuff was exceptional. the bed sheets and towels were changed everyday

the water in shower was not stable and difficult to control from the beginning, and there is a smell of wet building, but it is common for Thailand in general

the staff and being able to step into the pool from the room very peaceful amazing restaurant 200 yards down roads lots of beach clubs opposite really good value for money best night sleep

the drain is a little smelly but that can’t be helped we lit a candle

really cute place on the north part of Samui, rooms are big and spacious and shower pressure is awesome. also comfortable bedding and daily towel change and water replenishment. two pool areas- also nice. walking distance to different beach bars just across the road

bit out of the way if you don’t have a vehicle, but other than that it’s really pretty for this price range :)

Good comfortable hotel in ideal position.

Vert good position. Beach just over the road. Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and pool spotless. Wifi excellant. Plenty of parking on site.

Kettle was provided but no coffee sacheets or tea bags etc.

Awesome, we will be back for sure

Very nice staff, very helpful, nice room directly at the pool. Clean pool , big high quality towels , very clean room and safety box also in the room.. Quite location, far from Chaweng-lamai (20km) but everything arround us..big garden with lot of flowers. Hot/cold shower with high pressure, fast WI-Fi in all the places.. we are very very happy about this Resort and we will be back for sure.. they also motorcycles 🏍 to rent for a good price.. thank u again 🙏🏻✌🏻

Breakfast was ok, but we ate all the time outside at the beach.. everything else was really more than good 👌
