Situated in Alvor, this lovely condo for $146 per night is a great option for your next trip. Clube Alvor Ria is a superior complex by the harbor in the fishing village of Alvor. The location of the complex is prime, I would add, unbeatable in Alvor, offering amazing views and in the village. You will be in 2 minutes walking distance from a mini-market opened until midnight and also 5 minutes to the sea. The apartment is 203 (1st floor) in Bloc A, the best, because you have an open view to the sea and Ria estuary. The apartment is in a very good state of preservation, with new and recent furniture to a high standard. Still, it has a personal touch, making it more familiar to our Guests, with all the expected amenities. There are also 2 bathrooms (social and suite), to give more privacy and comfort. Bedroom: spacious, with 2 twin beds than can join into a double bed, with 2 nightstands, a dresser with a mirror, and a built-in wardrobe with drawers. It is also equipped with an iron, a board and a clothes drying rack. Living room: 3 seat sofa that can turn into a 2 pax sofa-bed. There is also 1 single seat sofa. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs. Kitchen: fully equipped with all the appropriate machines, including hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. All these machines are very well kept. It also has a first aid box, a fire extinguisher, and a fire blanket. Balcony: with a rest chair and a wooden table + 4 wooden chairs, where you can have your meals or relax in the sun. The views are breathtaking. It has dedicated WiFi access (data limit up to 6.5 GB) and alternative provided by a public network. It has also individual air-conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, allowing you to customize at each time your own definition of “comfort”. The apartment is licensed for rental purpose as "Alojamento Local", having been inspected by the local authorities and complying with all the security requirements.

The apartment is great it has every thing you need for a great stay very comfortable and relaxing holiday apartment and the views from the balcony are fantastic views of the harbour and pool plus you can see the sea and the beach and the location of the apartment is great just a short walk to bars cafes and restaurants plus just a 10 minute walk to beach. all in all if you want to stay in alvor then give this apartment a look we had one of best holidays in alvor in this apartment thanks for letting us stay João we will be back thanks

We really enjoyed our five night stay in the apartment again. The facilities are great and the view across the harbour to Lagos is fantastic. The perfect location for the beach, boardwalk and cafe/bars.

Just finished a 5 week vacation here. This unit's location is perfect for quick and easy access to the town, the boardwalk and the beach. The view from the balcony is exceptional. Our host, Joao, was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning next year.

Had a wonderful 4 week stay …. Conveniently situated for both beach, town and river cafes. Property perhaps a little tired but overall outweighed by the location.. Bus stop outside complex to Portimao. Thank you Joao…

Wonderful stay at this apartment - long days spent on the terrace, walks along the Ria boardwalk to the beach and a short walk to shops and restuarants. I would definitely come back and stay again. The property has everything you need and is well appointed for a short or longer stay.

Been to Alvor many times. Just LOVED this apartment. It felt like a home from home. Very well stocked kitchen; not sparse like other places we have stayed THE best views from the balcony. Nice clean pool, bit of a faff if you like to sunbathe by the pool as have to take longer cushions down to pool and unlock sunbeds for the apartment and put them away each time. This didnt bother me as beach on the doorstep!!! Only used pool on a very windy day. Apartment is so well located both for beach and town. Best location in Alvor in my opinion.Communication with owner was excellent. Very helpful and prompt response. 100% would reccomend and will be returning

The apartment views are the best that we have ever stayed in . Been coming to Alvor and the Algarve for over 10 years and personally I would not stay anywhere else, everything and more is here for your stay . Just watching the sunset and being able to cook your own food as amenities are just the best . Dealing with the owner was a pleasure and I felt safe in the knowledge that he had all our questions answered . I have found my new home from home and would highly recommend this Apartment
