About this apartment rental
Clube Alvor Ria is a superior complex by the harbor in the fishing village of Alvor.
The location of the complex is prime, I would add, unbeatable in Alvor, offering amazing views and in the village. You will be in 2 minutes walking distance from a mini-market opened until midnight and also 5 minutes to the sea. The apartment is 203 (1st floor) in Bloc A, the best, because you have an open view to the sea and Ria estuary.
The apartment is in a very good state of preservation, with new and recent furniture to a high standard. Still, it has a personal touch, making it more familiar to our Guests, with all the expected amenities. There are also 2 bathrooms (social and suite), to give more privacy and comfort.
Bedroom: spacious, with 2 twin beds than can join into a double bed, with 2 nightstands, a dresser with a mirror, and a built-in wardrobe with drawers. It is also equipped with an iron, a board and a clothes drying rack.
Living room: 3 seat sofa that can turn into a 2 pax sofa-bed. There is also 1 single seat sofa. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen: fully equipped with all the appropriate machines, including hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. All these machines are very well kept. It also has a first aid box, a fire extinguisher, and a fire blanket.
Balcony: with a rest chair and a wooden table + 4 wooden chairs, where you can have your meals or relax in the sun. The views are breathtaking.
It has dedicated WiFi access (data limit up to 6.5 GB) and alternative provided by a public network.
It has also individual air-conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, allowing you to customize at each time your own definition of “comfort”.
The apartment is licensed for rental purpose as "Alojamento Local", having been inspected by the local authorities and complying with all the security requirements.

A lovely clean spacious apartment in a great location with views across the estuary. Situated on the 2nd floor in a quiet complex a few minutes walk from the many bars and restaurants. The beach is about 600 metres away, a 10 minute walk. Everything you could ever need is supplied, including a safe, which is a nice touch. There is a slight drainage issue in the main bathroom shower. Joao responded to my messages very promptly.

Our 4th year back for a 6 week stay in Clube Alvor Ria. As always the best location in Alvor, a village with lots of rentals and fantastic features. Looking forward to returning next year.

We enjoyed our stay and delighted to return to Clube Alvor Ria. The complex is ideally located within walking distance of restaurants, cafés and bars, the boardwalk and beach. The noise from the ongoing construction nearby was intrusive but didn't spoil our holiday. The apartment is well equipped. Great sunsets seen from the balcony.

Amazing location, amazing facilities, host is so kind and allowed us to change our dates last minute when we couldn't board our flight, have stayed here before and will definitely stay next year as well. The most perfect property in Alvor.
