Don't go expecting a hotel first of all. It's more a service apartment set up with room cleaning and that's the level of service. The room seemed ok but what appears nice in photos are less practical and comfortable in reality. Room needs ongoing AC to be comfortable and outdoor furniture material is synthetic and awful. Landscape garden outside was good. Pool is a good size. Location is not great, and unless you need to be close to the airport there isn't much point.
One staff member in particular was very rude and seemed to be in charge. Every one else was nice.
