Great boutique hotel in a former monastery with a fantastic atmosphere. Our room faced the old courtyard with two levels. Seating available in their gardens to relax.
Solid breakfast.
The personnel was not at all responsive when we approached them via booking.com wrt to tours and airport transfer. When we were there they were very friendly.
Note that the hotel is about a 15-20min walk to Urumbamba center.

The property is beautiful, an old monastery turned into a hotel. There is even a small chapel attached to the property. ALL the staff from the gate keeper (they close the gate at night) to the reception check in area, to the people that clean, the gardener, and specially Vanesa, the head waitress are kind, friendly and professional, our room was spacious and two levels. The extra large king bed was upstairs and the bathroom and closet and sitting area downstairs. The restaurant has delicious food. Breakfast is buffet style with eggs made to order. Everything was good.

Breakfast was good. People were nice and helpful. Location, I am not sure as I did not see much of Urubamba then. I did feel safe. However, when I joined my tour from Cusco a few days after we stopped in a different part of town which seemed nicer.
Nothing really. I just wanted to relax to acclimatise with altitude and the place was good.

Exterior of property was nice, the courtyard and grounds well kept. Good location from the city. WiFi good.
Room didn’t match photos. Was given a loft room which was very dark and outdated. Two small beds even though we are a couple. Bad smell from bathroom. Staff were cold and uninviting and seemed annoyed to be there.
