It was a mind blowing view of the mountains with cable lifts from our balcony. Plus the host was straight from heavens. Unbelievably incredible experience of a family owned hospitality. The property is the most charming. Location and the vibes perfect

1. Location - in the centre of the town on the main Street so easy walking access to everything!
Hotel was immediately adjacent to the gondola lift station.
2.The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating, even when I temporarily lost a key.
#. Breakfast was very good with lots of options - meat, cheese, cereals, dairy, wonderful local breads ; fruit, etc. etc.
Great coffee machine and an assortment of quality brand teas.
Pillows were not comfortable but was a minor issue.

The location was perfect with easy access to the train station and all amenities in the village as well as the lift to the top of the mountain. The staff were extremely friendly as was the breakfast etc.
Although this wasn't a fault of the hotel, Booking.com booked a single room when I had clearly searched and reserved a double room as with all our stays during this trip. The hotel charged me extra for the second person but we got an extremely compact single room for our stay
