The hotel I was originally booked at did not exist (I chose it from Concur business booking through my company). Hotel Iberia took me in juuuust before midnight. 11:57pm, to be exact. Third floor with 120lbs of luggage, but desk attendant carried the big suitcase up for me. The hotel reminded me of European hotels and I ended up getting a good night’s sleep.
Everything was what I needed. A bed was more important than an elevator!

Location is fantastic, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the supermarket next door with breakfast and lunch counter was so good:. Beds very comfortable and room spacious, staff very helpful and nice, lovely terrace with lots of greenery on the roof. We left our suitcases after check out in dedicated luggage room before the cruise and came back to pick up in the afternoon, 10 min in a taxi from airport and 10 min to cruise port, location was perfect
No lift, and water presume with hot water takes time to get going but nice hot water after a bit is great, shower facilities could be improved but 1 or 2 nights before cruise this hotel is a great option

I loved the proximity to restaurants and the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best thing I remember was the fact that you could not check in after 12am. The main door is locked, and you have to have a key to get in and out which made us feel very secure.
The only thing I didnt like was the fact that we had to step up into the bathroom and the toilet was a little too low for me and my husband as we are taller. If you are on the shorter side you will be fine. We also did not have any hot water so showers were very short. You have to also be mindful whne travelling with your luggage. There are no elevators so be mindful.
