Location and staff
The bathroom is too small but we didn’t mind because we are petite people but other guest who are taller than us will struggle

Excellent location. Lovely hostess.
My room to the front was very noisy all night suitcases trundling across the cobbles and drain covers. And delivery trolleys as there is no vehicular access. I booked a double room which equated to bunk beds....lower bunk mattress needs replacing and private bathroom was located 20 paces down the corridor. Not ideal at all. This room would do for a couple of students but not a mature lady who was a solo traveler.
The common room was lovely as was the hostess who was very accommodating with left luggage for a late flight. I would stay again just not in the room I was allocated.
