We always enjoy our stay in this hotel. Location is prime, staff pleasant and accommodating. This time one of the housekeeping ladies went out of her way in cleaning and keeping the room fully supplied.
The breakfast, which is included in the room, is a bit dull. Filling, but if you stay longer than a day or two there isn't much variety offered.

Привітний персонал, центральна локація, приватний пакувальний майданчик, новий ремонт.
Ремонт новий, але неякісний - умивальник відходить від стіни, загублені більшість кутків на плінтусах, неохайне фарбування, на стінах досі незмиті надписи олівцем з замірами після ремонту. Вибір сніданку малий. Паркування не бронюється за гостем, тому воно не гарантоване. Відсутні кондиціонери (хоча був вентилятор і дуйчик).

We have stayed here several times. The rooms are remodeled and very nice, clean and comfortable. We had some wifi issues at first and the staff were very accomodating and resolved it within a few hours. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant and attentive!
It is not a complaint. Breakfast was included. It was a very simple meal, however it was filling.

Good place to stay in Lutsk. Central location, Friendly staff. Wifi worked well, bed was comfy.
compared to other places in Lutsk the price was a bit high. Limited breakfast choices.
