Great to return. Perfect location to explore Lutsk when visiting family from the UK.
Nice rooms. Lovely restaurant and bar area.
Free parking.
Restaurant staff friendly.
No information in the room about the hotel, the bar or even a restaurant menu.
Would have been reassuring to have a letter in the room explaining what to do in the event of the sirens going off and how to find the basement. Our daughter in law had to ask and showed us where it was, which was obviously the staff room as there were lots of dirty plates down there.
Receptionists not very friendly.

Very nicely maintained hotel with well equipped rooms and great service! Special thanks for tasty breakfast - really enjoyed it! Thank you and I’m looking forward to coming back again

nice interior, utensils, pet friendly, free parking on the territory, breakfast included
price 2300 + 500uah charge for a little Dogo (given it’s pet friendly hotel with no notice about extra charge for pets)
breakfast is norm, but could be better
