I loved the low key surfer vibes. The breakfast was out of this world amazing. Loved our stay. The staff were lovely. The onsens were so beautiful and relaxing and simple yo book. They let you have one per day.

Homey and cozy place. The hotel staff are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious. It’s very close to Shirahama Beach. A warm, cozy, family-run hotel.

The food at breakfast was really delicious and worth the add on, so glad we booked for it. Everything is freshly prepared and presented with care. We booked a BBQ dinner and enjoyed the food.
The swimming pool was lovely, very clean and the views from it were beautiful. The walk to Shirahama beach is fairly easy, other than a narrow section of road. It was quicker than I thought it would be and it is a lovely beach.
It is a room design issue, so not sure what could be done about it, but the toilet is not separate from the shower/washroom and is only accessible via one room (we were in the quadruple room), meaning it was disruptive at night if anyone needed to access the bathroom whilst others were sleeping.
The BBQ dinner could have been better organised with more information and attention by staff. The person on duty was friendly but a bit distracted by his phone. It was very quiet when we were there and we were not very clear as to what we were meant to do, having not experienced this type of meal before and we had to ask to get attention.
