Just Perfect - apartment was lovely - very clean & well equipped. Location is second to none. Darko & his wife were perfect hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Couldn't ask for more.

I liked it all very much. We will definitely visit again. The view from the window is gorgeous. Clean sea. Kayaks and a subwoofer, an umbrella and a deck chair for the use of vacationers free of charge. There is a kitchen. The roads are narrow, it will be problematic to drive large cars. the nearest grocery store is one kilometer away.

Rest for the soul

Absolutely everything. Stationed in a small peacefull place but offers everything you need. You can almost jump into the sea from your room, great tavern 1 minute walk from your room and the host offers a kayak, sup board, darts, table tennis, snorkeling gear, parasols, sunbeds, summer kitchen, all free of charge. The city of Dubrovnik is around 15 minutes away if you have a car. The host is very friendly and available if you have eny enquiries. All things considered, it is very hard to find that kind of value for money

what a little gem perfect location for a quiet, relaxing holiday,The owners are very friendly. we did Dubrovnik catching

fabulous location just perfect for relaxation. the kindness of the owners it’s never too much trouble to answer any questions on local knowledge and allowing us the use of their personal water sport equipment was very kind. not many cars around as it’s such a small hamlet and the roads are very narrow so only locals and taxis for the port area lovely base for boat trips from the port area beautiful restaurants in walking distance

the lack of a local shop for the essential things,the nearest one is about a mile and mostly easy by the water and lovely but in parts not so easy on narrow uphill paths with no signage so lots of carrying back isn’t easy, The local shop has closed due to no staff such a shame.

Perfectvlocation, fabulous accommodation and wonderful host.. will be back

This was my 2nd stay at Rooms Mali Raj & as before everything was perfect. We stayed in the 2 bedroom bungalow, which is detached from the main property & has the most fabulous, enormous private terrace overlooking Zaton Bay. The accommodation was comfortable, very clean & well appointed & our host Darko was lovely & could not have been more helpful. The location is perfect.. close enough to Dubrovnik to make it a relatively cheap Uber or bus ride into the city (bus stop 5 mins walk away) but far enough out to be tranquil and peaceful. Zaton Bay is glorious and we availed ourselves of Darkos sea kayak which was free to use. There are several restaurants nearby on the bay and a great pizza place just up the hill. I will definitely be returning for a 3rd visit and cannot recommend Rooms Mali Raj highly enough.

Nothing.. it’s a wonderful place to stay and great value for money.

Beautiful and peaceful place

Location in perfect, right next to forest, sea and a small town. Very peaceful but easy to get to Dubrovnik. Owners are very friendly and customer service is excellent. Rooms are very clean and you can use the cayak and sup board. I had a great time with my son and mother!

Perfect location for seeing the sights. Such a beautiful setting by the sea. The bed was so comfy, powerful shower. Everything you could need in the apartment. Lovely hosts, would definitely recommend 👌

Very satisfied with our stay.

Stunning location with very helpful, friendly owner. Room was clean and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. Private parking available but also very close to bus stop into Dubrovnik.

When we arrived we were not sure about how to get to the parking area as the roads are very narrow. We had a mid sized car but anything larger would not have fit through.

Very nice location with a beech nearby, the sea it's a couple metres away from Darko's place, very relaxing. Darko and his wife are very friendly, always looking to help out and make your stay there very comfortable.

Our stay at the Mali Raj was a small piece of paradise. The location is exceptional, the apartment is spotlessly clean, the family make you feel very welcome,the beach is on the doorstep, we even had use of the kanou free of charge, for a small fee we were picked up and dropped off at the airport. We would definitely recommend Mali Raj if you are thinking of staying in Zaton. Thank you Darko and family. Tasneem and Ausra, from Manchester, uk.

Beautifully family run guest house right on the water

One of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. The location is incredible. Lovely family who make a huge effort into running a beautiful hotel. So clean with fab facilities like darts board, table tennis etc. Highly recommend

Perfection.

Paradise! Darko made me me feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. My apartment was perfectly equipped for me to cook at home if I wanted. However the property is close to several restaurants if I wanted to go out. it’s an easy bus ride to Dubrovnik if you don’t have a car where you can get links to other parts of Croatia, Montenegro etc. If you don’t want to move though, this is the spot to be - on a sun bed next to clear clear water with a beautiful view of the quiet bay. I’ll be back.

Perfect location, peaceful and great host

Amazing location, plenty of amenities but also very peaceful, the perfect place to relax. Darko could not do enough to make us feel at home and was the best host you could ask for. The proximity to Dubrovnik meant that there was plenty to see and do but the villa was a welcome retreat for some peace. The paddle board and kayak were a great touch too.

That we had to leave eventually!

Small Paradise Indeed

Sea is just two steps from the terrace and there are sunbeds, umbrellas and various other facilities provided (like kayak or SUP board) free of charge. Great summer kitchen, friendly and helpful owners, large parking area. This place is perfect whether you want a cozy and quiet vacation on the seaside, base for trips to Dubrovnik and isles or mix of both.

Great place to stay!

This is a really great place to stay! Very clean. Location is really good, sea is just at the front. Dubrovnik central is 15 mins by bus. Bus station is close. Owners, Darko and his wife, are very helpful. There are good restaurants around. If you want to cook, there is a kitchen with full equipment and supermarket is 20 mins by walking and you’re walking next to the sea! I also worked there and wifi is good. They have front and back garden that you can’t complain for an office! Highly recommend!

I could spend my whole life here. Perfect location-few steps from the apsrtm.to the sea..with private place, our apartman was big, clear and comfortable with a sea view. If you go there, you will meet a super host who always has time to give tips and hints. Bus station to Dubrovnik is apx 10 mins by walk, bakery 2 mins far. Free wifi!

It was perfect! Couple that owned the place is very kind and welcoming, always willing to answer questions. Room was one of the best we've had, idealistic view and nice beds and facilities. Free kayak and other stuff you can take on the sea or to the beach (right in front of the house). Can definitely recommend this place!

Excellent stay just by the water

Excellent small hotel just by the water. Everything was perfect. Owners are so friendly and helpful. The house and rooms are cozy and clean. The surroundings are so nice in a small village with a couple of great restaurants and bars. You can practice all kinds of water sports here and the hotel has a kayak and SUP for the guests to use (free of charge ).

We are in love with this peaceful place

Everything was perfekt. We had a clean room and a great breakfast. The location and the view to the see are wonderful. The hosts are very friendly and helpful people. We could use the Kayak and SUP for free. We had a great time. Thanks for that
