The perfect stay in the most beautiful town. Loved being right on the water and my view from my window was right onto the water too. I would watch water polo every afternoon on the water's edge. It was not entirely close to the bus stop if you need to be somewhere on a time but I didn't mind that as it wasn't my first time to Dubrovnik so I didn't have much planned. Felt like a real relaxing holiday on the water where the locals are friendly. I did do a group tour to bosnia which did actually have Zaton as a stop along the way so that made it more convenient of a stay.
Honestly nothing, the stay was beautiful.

Beautiful location, clean rooms and peaceful.
No negative feedback, but driving to this location is not for the faint hearted with the narrow streets.

It is absolutely lovely. You just exit your apartment and there is the water. They provide canoe, paddle surf and activities for free. There is also a small gym zone with dumbbells. The location to visit Dubrovnik is perfect.
Just be careful and rent a small cars because the access to the house is very narrow.

Nice location. Patio close to sea. Restaurants near by.
Bathroom cramped & very awkward to shower. Kitchen was tired. Parking for large cars/van a long way from property.
