Location and staff were superb. Beach is 5 minutes walk. Staff helped with everything. You are literally closest to the main road of Loret de Mar. 5 minutes walk from main bus station where u can go to Barcelona and so on. There was also nice walk paths near the beach where u can walk beside a sea on rocks and catch beautifull views. There was a dozens of restaurants and shops near you. Something like main street of old town and better shops/restaurants are 8 minutes walk. The most popular club is 4 minutes walk, but you can't hear any music outside of it so it's not problem for your apartment. In 2/3 days maybe less you can see almost everything so it's nice to use bus station to see other nearby cities.
If I have to mention something, we were located on the ground floor, so there was a rather strong smell of moisture from the bathroom, but this can be solved with the air fresheners that are already in the room, but you can buy for few euros some stronger as we did. Probably on the higher floors it is not felt at all.

Smart tv was good. You can play Spotify, YouTube, Netflix and any app you like. The place is great spot and everything is relatively near in Lloret de Mar. Very clean, tidy, you just have to ask for new towels and room service. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom is nice and clean, you have everything you need for a relatively short stay. The staff is very responsive, pleasant and respectful. You can have a free beach umbrella...
If you open the windows during night you'll hear street cleaners very early, around 6am. You have to request each time for new towels and room service in my experience. And that's pretty much it.

The location is optimal, literally 2 minutes away from the beach. Restaurants and supermarkets all around aswell. Room is very well kept clean and air conditioned. You have literally everything you need in the room. Pablo is a great host aswell. Very welcoming, respectful and accommodating.
A bit noisy, my room was next to the stairs and sometimes the guests weren’t respecting the house rules… being loud, etc.
still bareable though

The location was amazing and it was great for its price.
It was quite cold in the room, the shower was weird and it hadn't been properly cleaned beforehand as example the kettle still had water in it and feathers?? Also there was some random guys' clothes in the wardrobe also.
