スタッフの対応、朝食、大浴場、ロケーション、良かったです。
特に朝食バイキングは種類も多く、とても良かったです。
ホテル周辺の徒歩圏内に、食事をする所が
あまり無かった事。

大浴場が良かった。三泊したが、朝食に変化があり、とても美味しかった。
美味しいコ－ヒ－が、無料で自由に飲めて嬉しかった。
チェックインの時（8/12 昼、3時頃）、フロントの方が、タオルは替えても掃除は必要ないの説明に、私が、ゴミは？とたずねたら、同じ話しを初めから何度も言い、三回目にやっとゴミ捨ての説明をした。それを、さもこちらが解らないからみたいな態度で感じ悪かった。他の方は皆感じ良かった。
大浴場はとても良かったが、8/13 21：00はいっぱいで入れなかった、残念！

大浴場が広く、掃除が行き届いている。脱衣場もきれいでした。若松駅に近く、駅に併設されたコンビニまで徒歩５分はかからない。
部屋はきれいに清掃されていて、ベッドのシーツ等も問題ありませんでした。しかし、ブランケットが選択不十分なのか、結構臭いました。まくらが低く、貸し出しサービスもなかったので、寝心地はあまり良くなかった。
最初から分かっていたことではありますが、小倉、戸畑に公共交通機関で出るのはとても不便。
