The property had an authentic jungle vibe, perfect for exploring by foot or bicycle. Adult and children bicycles were provided for free on the property. The cenote was beautiful and the pool was clean and peaceful. It was a unique experience for a family stay. It would be a perfect location for a wedding or large group event. The eco style rooms were all separate and nestled in the jungle with parking nearby. The on site restaurant was good. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Nice jungle accommodation in the middle of …. Guess what, a jungle surrounding. Very beautifull lay out and we saw some monkeys around. Nice place to stay a couple of days if you hav time. You have to prepare to est there cause the nearest restaurant is, i guess at 11 km.

Property was amazing. It’s like jungle camp for adults. Beautiful grounds, comfortable bed, wonderful staff, lots of animals to see and hear.

Pretty jungle hotel with plenty of birds and isolated from other villages / towns.
The personnel has been welcoming and careful to answer our requests.
The overall hotel park seem to be ageing without proper maintenance: swimming pool not filled, closed sanitaries, "eco" hotel running on a noisy genset.
Bungalows are not as bright as shown on pictures. Plenty of insects found in the room and in bed sheets. A big scorpion even fell from the ceiling in the bathroom.
To be noted that the hotel has no Wifi nor mobile network connection in the rooms, and there is no air conditionning. We were provided very noisy fans which made it difficult to sleep.
Simple mexican food with no relation to advertised pictures.
Location quite far from any other restaurant. When we came most of the cenotes around were closed. Despite this, flights traffic from the airport nearby can still be heard.
