We really like the lay out the room, nice windows, big bathroom and good shower. And just next to metro.
The bed dipped in the middle, and heater wasn’t working.

a last minute booking after realising we had one night less accommodation than needed during our paris trip. cheap enough and well connected, just a few minutes walk from the metro. the owner didn't speak much english but we managed to communicate well enough.
the room was tiny. the bathroom was even tinier. getting into the shower while keeping the door closed was a genuine spatial puzzle that i am not sure i fully solved. fine for a single night though, does exactly what it needs to do and nothing more. the owner offered to let us leave our backpacks at reception the following day, which was a kind gesture, but with them sitting out in the open we decided to just carry them around paris for the day instead. character building.
