Always an amazing experience

We recently had the extraordinary pleasure of returning to Dwarika's Hotel Dhulikel for the second time, and we can hardly find words to express just how incredibly wonderful our experience was. From the very first interaction, we felt like a part of their family royalty. The staff's warmth and genuine desire to make every aspect of our stay perfect was simply heartwarming. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to make every moment special made us feel like cherished guests. Every corner is adorned with thoughtful details that reflect a deep commitment to providing an exceptional experience. Having traveled to more than 30 countries and experienced luxury accommodations from renowned brands like Jumeirah, Hilton, and Six Senses, we can confidently say that Dwarika's Hotel Dhulikel outshines them all. It's not just about opulence and luxury, although those elements are certainly present. The true magic lies in the personal and sincere experience they provide.

An oasis for the soul

There are many hotels in Kathmandu, but only one Dwarika. It’s not just a beautiful and very good hotel, it is an oasis for the soul. It’s an immersion into Newari Architecture Style. It’s a perfectly decorated hotel, not too much, not too little. Staff is great and they know their job. I loved m’y stay at Dwarika’s.

A lot of money for what it is. By all means visit and have a drink at the bar.

Good location and impressive building.

Stay in a hotel, eat in a restaurant, visit a museum. The Dwarika hotel is a Museum with the inconveniences that hamper an overall stay. If you have mobility issues then definitely not for you - steps everywhere.

An oasis in a bustling city!

The staff is absolutely incredible here - genuinely happy to help you and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I really loved getting to know everyone throughout my stay - and they were constantly going above and beyond to make it memorable for us. In addition, the food was incredible no matter where we ate. Loved the breakfast buffet, having lunch in the outdoor courtyard and treating ourselves to a 9-course dinner in the specialty restaurant onsite. Overall, could not recommend this place more highly.

The staff took appropriate actions regarding my requests, even through e-mail and phone call. It rewards to price we paid. The facility and ambient atmosphere is great as high-end class hotel in KTM, especially I like the good scent entire hotel.

The price is much higher than other hotels in KTM. For special experience in life, I can recommend this hotel in KTM. However, we may get good memories.

Superb

Dwarika hotel is an experiance in itself. Each and every thing is lovingly restored and taken care of. The housekeeping was excellent. We were given a short tour by one of the staff members and it was wonderful. The spa was good as well. Loved the Japanese restaurant.

Wish the staff serving us at breakfast had given us the complete menu. Out of the 3 days of our stay we could enjoy the Complete menu only on our last day as they forgot to give us the order menu which was quite nice!

A true gem and must stay in Kathmandu!

This place is a gem and a must stay if you’re in Kathmandu! Loved the atmosphere here, we ended up staying here twice during our stay in Nepal because we loved it so much! The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and professional. The courtyard has such a tranquil vibe, sitting and walking in the courtyard brought such peace, and its up kept so well. The food was fresh, delicious, and fairly priced. I loved that in the evening we always got a few delicious chocolates sent to our room. Loved waking up here and having breakfast in the courtyard, you can truly rest and relax here. If I were to come to Kathmandu again, this is the only place I’d stay! Just absolutely loved all the details and every part of our stay here at Dwarika! The kindest and most genuine staff are always around to help if you need anything, we felt so welcomed here and felt sad to leave!

nothing much although the tv was honestly really low volume and there wasn’t much Channels to select but overall it was an amazing experience

The most beautiful and inspiring hotel in Katmandou

Probably the most beautiful and inspiring hotel in Katmandou. It is filled with history and authenticity, I absolutely love the architecture, the furnitures, the local details ( spa products, treats, etc.) The restaurant on site are also amazing and the staff is really delivering a five stars service.

I had a suite which was very badly isolated, that the entry was communicating with corridor so I could hear other visitors coming in, which was very awkward. It was very cold in Ktm in the evenings and I had to request many time for a blanket, since AC was very loud.
