The people who work there are very respectful, friendly and competent. They are all very happy and serve you with a smile in their face 🙏
The place is stunning. You can watch the lake and the mountains from your bed, and all what you hear from your room is the sound of the water from the lake.
There is so much peace in this place.
The food was perfect and the included breakfast was delicious!
They did organize everything for us, a fire, a guitar, hot chocolate and the paddles for us to have as much fun as possible.
It was a privilege to find this place and this people. We would definitely come back ❤️

The location was perfect. The view of the lake is amazing, especially from the room. Very quiet and relaxing. The restaurant at the hotel was good; I had multiple dinners there. Breakfast was good as well. Plus, calling a boat is as easy as sending a text.
No AC in the room,, but thats everywhere in Guatemala.

The view of the lake and mountains is incredible. Swimming and stand up paddle boarding opportunities. It seems isolated, but the town of San Lucas is a 5 minute boat ride away. The staff is very attentive (small and personable) and getting a lancha (boat) is as easy as sending a text to Luci.

Ubicacion unica al pie del paraiso.
Es un lugar para llegar a descansar, la movilidad a otros lugares es un poco reducida ya que solo hay acceso en barco, sugiero que el menú del restaurante debería tener un poco mas de opciones, pero en termino general muy bien. El personal y la ubicación son lo mejor de este lugar.
