The location in Trim is very close to the castle and a short walk to restaurants and other businesses. The approach to the house is just stunning. The interior anteroom is gorgeous as are the stairs up to the rooms. We had a beautiful view from our bedroom window. The room was lovely and very Victorian as was the whole house. The staff who greeted us were very friendly and showed us up to our room and offered to help with our luggage.
Other B& B's offer coffee and tea in the morning (already prepared) and often a croissant. The sink is our bathroom was really tiny and had two faucets and a tiny glass shelf just above the sink so it was really difficult to brush our teeth! Otherwise, the bathroom was very nice.

Location to town was great. Rooms were clean and cozy.
The shower was dangerous. It was a claw foot bathtub with high sides. Very hard to climb into and slippery. The water pressure was horrible. Beds were very firm and uncomfortable.
