Location is perfect for those wanting to stay near Main Street and a quick walk from the gondola! Right by food, groceries, and shopping. Great parking on site and we loved the hot tub on the patio. Full kitchen and spacious living room for playing board games/socializing. Having a washer/dryer was a great help for after snow activities. If you are a light sleeper I'd recommend some ear plugs or a noise machine - some noise from Main Street comes in through the master bedroom but was not a problem overall in our stay.

We really enjoyed being right on the main drag with a quick walk to everything, including Peak 9 ski lift. The view from our living room, main bedroom and deck was amazing!

The property was just as described. It was cleaned well and contained the basics including toilet paper, small shampoo and conditioner, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and trash bags.
The hot tub was clean and in great condition. The location was prime for our needs. We could walk to downtown and to several short hikes. While there was some night noise, being so close to downtown, it was not unreasonable and we still able to sleep. The coffee shop right below us was also a great perk for those early morning coffees and hot chocolate. The rental also had a coffee machine if you prefer making your own.
The management company was very attentive, and made contact to ensure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This townhome is very cozy and is in a great location! We were able to walk (multiple times) along main street for food and shopping. October was a great time as the colors were gorgeous, there was snow in the mountains, but the sidewalks were clear. It was a spectacular trip!

The easiest location to access the market, shops, restaurants without even moving our car. The views were great and kitchen was packed with all we needed to cook. We will be back when there is snow!

This place was perfect! My husband and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary and we have nothing but good things to say about it. The location is beyond perfect, we walked everywhere downtown which helped having not to look for parking. It was great having breakfast under us, so close, and the brewery Broken compass right next to us. We went there a couple times. There was not much noise from either place, no bother there. We used the hot tub and had a question about the jets not being able to turn off so we texted the person with all the info and they sent someone right away to fix it. So fast! The company was there for any questions you had willing to help! The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back and staying here. It was the best! Can’t wait to return!

being so close to everything made it easy. literally step out of your door for restaurants, shops, bike rental and even Oxygen bar. There was live music literally next door. It was ok because it ended by 11 one night and 10 the next, but it did make it hard to keep the windows open. The living room area is really large. it is a 2 bedroom house but the living area and dining table felt like a house for a bigger group. It was easy to text mngmt and get a quick response. You reach different people.The kitchen had everything you need. The hot tub right on the deck was really nice. Great view and even though close to things, you have privacy

Convenient and walkable to everything. Exactly what we were looking for. The whole condo was well appointed, beds comfortable, plenty of linens, and roomy enough for our group of 4.
The family room is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the furniture is nice and comfortable.

This place is larger than pictured, great room & kitchen are very spacious & well equipped, couch is big enough to fit 3 people lounging/ laying down, plenty of floor space and there is another couch that we didn't even use!! Plenty of table space for puzzling without having to move to eat! Jacuzzi on deck is fabulous & great that it has a full bath on each floor! We will be back great great location too walk to the entire village!!

This property was great to stay in and super convenient to walk to all downtown shops and restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back to stay here again. We read some reviews complaining about the music at the next door brewery, but honestly it was as not bothersome as some made it out to be. We would really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Right in the heart of Breckenridge with views of the mountains - perfect location. The condo was well furnished and as described. The condo was very accessible - just a few steps from the parked car led to the main floor with the two bedrooms up one flight of stairs. Because it was built on a slope, the Blue Moose Restaurant was positioned below the main floor. There were no noises from the restaurant except for a few delivery trucks during the time we were there. We look forward to returning.

Magnificent view of ski hill. One block to town. Three popular restaurants next door. No air so opened windows however we had nightly sometimes live music next door. Always finished by 9:15. Weekly restaurants had deliveries at 4 am. Very responsive when micro died. Gave us a replacement immediately. Needs some micro cookware and placemats would be nice.

Spacious common area and great location!
Stayed here over 4th of July holidays. Was a great location to main street and the grocery store was very close. As others have said, the music from the restaurant next door is very loud. But we were expecting it so it was ok. Property has a hot tub but we were not informed that it would be serviced while we were there. So if you stay at the property with a dog - be aware!! Also, be careful as all the doors have an odd push pin privacy lock on the door handles. Somehow we accidentally pushed it in and locked ourselves out of a bedroom. The living room is huge and would be very comfortable for a large group. Would definitely stay here again.

It was within walking distance of everything! Our son was married during our stay, and this townhome was the perfect place for the bride to prepare!
