Clean, safe, good location, free airport shuttle. Also check out was 2 pm, staff allowed me to check in - hour early which was convenient after 17 hours of flying
Price unnecessarily high, restaurant prices too high ( especially breakfast) we just went out to eat , drinks at lobby bar crazy expensive,
Upon arrival toilet did not flush ( was resolved with one phone call to desk). Next morning (11:30am toilet did not flush , maintenance came to room quickly and fixed)

Excellent staff
Hundreds of biting insects around the pool area . Lots of unaccompanied children messing about in the pools and making it unpleasant for all. One had a bad fall and his parent was not there to help.
