The Station Inn Whitby

It was absolutely perfectly situated, right in the heart of the town a few steps from the train station, walking distance for everything we wanted to do, see and go too,

There’s nothing to not like at all.

Beautiful location, lovely clean room. Also friendly staff.

Its location.Lovely well equipped room.

Its a pub and its understandable,but early morning deliveries noise. No.one on site in an emergency,although good instructions left for such an emergency.

Very clean and modern. The room had everything that you could’ve wanted from a hotel room and the location is perfect.

Noise, resulting in very little sleep. Not noise from the pub itself which would’ve been expected, but after the pub had closed 00:30/1am), constant banging and slamming of doors, which sounded like it was right outside our room door. I noticed there are a couple of “private” or “keep out” cupboards/doors right outside room 5, so sadly, I don’t believe the noise was from other people that were staying and would expect staff, of all people, to have a bit more consideration for people who are asleep at that time. This was followed by the bin men emptying the bottle bins at 4/5am. Once woken, I struggle to go back to sleep so this did ruin what could’ve been a very good stay. This was my only issue, other than that, it was great.
