Design, relaxed ambient, breakfast, helpfulness of the staff
Lots of mosquitoes at night waiting to enter the room at every door opening. Maybe the hotel can install bug zappers.
Also some dead mosquitoes on the walls in the room

The facilities were new and it seemed like everything was thought of. The location is perfect, right at the entrance to Agmon Ahula, where the birds rest during their migration, also with a surreal scenery and view.
It's a 10 minutes drive to Qiryat Shmona if you need a shopping center for food or anything
Food was amazing, would recommend anytime.

We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.

The location of the hotel is great, the facilities are clean and comfortable.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
The food in the restaurant is great - especially breakfast.
Spa was super nice and clean, and the massage was professional.
It’s not mentioned in any place, but apparently there are no dinners on Saturday.
It created us some inconvenience since we booked the half board.
Also breakfast on Sunday started surprisingly later - though mentioned to be at 7:30.
