The property and location were wonderful, and the host very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was amazing. You could have the latter in your room (which we did as the weather unfortunately was not amenable to having it outside ) and it arrived in a hamper outside our door (bread, pastries, cheese, ham, fruit, with milk, yoghurt, jams etc already in the little fridge in our room). If you are able to have breakfast outside, you would sit at a table overlooking the swimming pool, with a bar behind you stocking teas, coffee, wine and beer... a beautiful setting.

Graine de Pin is set in a leafy cul-de-sac; the kind in which you imagine Président Emmanuel Macron has his own villa. We were welcomed on arrival by Yves, and made to feel like old friends. He gave us a short but very helpful tour of the wonderful facilities, explaining how everything worked. The sun terrace, breakfast area, and pool are all lovely. Our room was comfortable, beautifully equipped, and private. We could hear nothing but the birds in our private garden. Yves recommended a restaurant (Perard Traditions), where we enjoyed a wonderful meal which fully lived up to his recommendation. At 8 a.m., as promised, a basket of fresh bread, pastries, and fruit arrived on our doorstep and, together with the tea, coffee, yoghurts, preserves, and other items in the room, helped us enjoy a lovely breakfast (though we were unable to eat it at the table on our private terrace because of the weather).
The fact that we could only stay one night.

Quiet, forest location but easy access to main town and beach. Well appointed, clean and comfortable room with excellent breakfast and most helpful and cheerful host.
