We stayed here twice. On our first stay, they upgraded us to a better room which was very ample, comfortable. They give a good quality shampoo and conditioner which was a nice touch. Shower is great. Air conditioner was very powerful. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very friendly and flexible, they helped us call a taxi to the airport which arrived on the agreed time and at the agreed price.
The room had bugs, ants crawling on the bed and the wall behind it, but it's the Amazonas so I guess that's expected and normal, didn't bother much.
On our second stay, we got the room we booked, the basic one, it was full of black mold, smelled like mold and all our clothes outside our bags, our bags, our jackets got the smell in them which is still there one week later. We both got a horribly stuffy nose and a headache by the morning because of the strong smell. I think that room was hazardous for health, luckily it was just one quick night.
