The apartment is beautiful and in a great area to get most places by metro or batobus. For those more energetic you can also walk to most tourist attractions, some of them are relatively close. There are bakeries and restaurants a minute or two walking distance. Marc was extremely friendly and quick to reply to messages and the check in and out process was very easy. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Having not been outside the US for 20 years, this was our first international stay with our family of 5. We wanted a location that could serve as a spacious and convenient home base as we explored Paris. The kids gasped with excitement when we first arrived - it's even better in person than the pictures. It checked all the boxes and more - multiple bathrooms, about 20 steps from a metro stop, next door to a supermarket with food, toiletries, and house supplies, and a washing machine so we could shove everyone's stuff into carry-ons.Further, our host was extremely accommodating. He helped us check in early because of our plane arrival time and luggage. Additionally he worked with us as we went to explore Normandie for a few days.I would recommend this place for 2 couples or a family up to 6.

This is an extraordinary Parisian apartment, in a sweet neighborhood where we enjoyed the flower shop below, the many cafes and restaurants and an easy walk to the Jardin de Plantes and the river Seine where we enjoyed using the boat taxi to visit the main sites and enjoy Paris from the water. The apartment was a dream to come back to each day, it was an experience itself, beautifully appointed, comfy beds, full kitchen and city views from the 4th floor. Mornings with the sun lighting up the sitting rooms with prisms from the chandeliers and bright golds, and the blooming locust trees outside our window, and amazing croissants with espresso from cafes we became friends with, will be memories for a long while. It was just the two of us, and worth every penny. Grateful.

Large apartment with a quirky toilet in the small ensuite. Lots of room. Great kitchen. Marc is wonderful to deal with and very responsive and helpful. Easy access to amazing Paris subway. Highly recommended!
