Overpriced,not as expected

This is difficult for us as we had to transfer here from a hotel that was absolutely disgusting so the hotel was a massive improvement on that. However, the only good thing I can say about the hotel is the staff especially the cleaners, the bar staff and Mario and Sabina on the animation team were friendly. We were the ONLY ENGLISH people in the whole resort. The room was ok cleaned daily and in good location so we weren't disturbed by the music etc. The pool area was lovely but needs attention regarding the edging lots of gaps where people could trip and fall.

The amount of all male groups was unbelievable! I have never been in a hotel where they allow groups of men like that. The way they dominated the restaurant, piking food on plates, having 4 /5 plates full on the table, total disregard pf others.The food was terrible though tbh,and we were told there was no sugar in the hotel at all, they said it was a shortage everywhere but we know that's not true as our first hotel had it although that's all they had.

Genuinely not much to like

Please avoid at all cost. The customer service is extremely poor. The room provided didnt have an AC and when you complain the staff pretend they dont understand English. Overall the hotel management is poor and the facilities are 2* at the best, poorly maintained and very outdated. Almost all rooms are identical in size with more cramped beds depwndent on size at booking. Bathroom leaked, food poor and just a bad experience. The staff laughed why an Englishman was here acknowledging the poor handling of service.

First of all Staff are not helpful.I passed 3 hours waiting for the keys in order to perform the check-in to one dirty room ,yes dirty room!!! Which was not cleaned any time for the time that I have spent there !! I have booked an all inclusive, and the funniest part I am allowed to have only one bottle of 1,5 litre per day for two persons,, can you imagine!! The restaurant was terrible mess with 0 quality and dirtiness!! First time and last time!! This Hotel should be downgraded to 3/4 Star. Not four Stars

An okay hotel.

The hotel itself is lovely, staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean and modern. Some of the rooms don’t have working aircon etc but the staff are more than happy to move you to a suitable room of your choice.

The food was not good. Didn’t cater for the amount of people in the hotel. Was very repetitive. The communal toilets were either out of order or dirty.

No Managment, no decent food, staff always angry because they have no manager to secure the order, no AC, understaffed, no one come to clean the room, windows are always open we noticed some kids coming to use our bathroom and room while we weren’t in the room, excessive selling of water park tickets more than the park capacity in some areas it was extremely dangerous for the kids to be watched by parents or lifeguards. Even with the booking of restaurant we were no able to stay and eat because the mis management of the restaurant capacity, reception never replied on the phone. Very bad experience.
