I liked the guy working the desk. He tried so hard to accommodate my wheelchair bound mother. The rooms are amazing! They are so modern and clean! The TV said welcome Joel in my room! The food was delicious too and there was lots of variety! I especially loved the oatmeal!
I didn't like that there was no roll in shower, no commod, & no shower chair. The pool was very cold, but the description says heated pool. The water was very cloudy and people were carving their names and graffiti into the mold buildup on the pool walls! The lift chair didn't work amd so my mother could not get into the pool. The guy called the owner but never resolved the issue nor got back with me on it. The hotel really needs to work harder to change their accommodation to handicapped guests.
