Tidy rooms with decent beds and functional, clean bathroom. Close to access roads from and into the city, but no noise inside. Close to supermarkets and to the trams directly heading to the city centre. Ideal in combination with the safe and free parking the hotel offers.
The temperature in the room can't be controlled well. We stayed in the winter and it was pretty hot. There is no AC so room temperature might be an issue all year round.

The walls are like paper, you could hear everything, and I was surrounded by very noisy neighbors (some of whom came home completely drunk) around 1 a.m. I wondered if the sheets and duvets had been washed, they smelled bad. No fridge in the room.
