The service and the loudness

The pillow was surprisingly good. The room size was also good. The general layout of the property is not bad.

Was charged wrongly twice. One time luckily did't go through as it was 4260 euro instead of 426. Then they charged wrongfully 460 ???? It was later sorted but rather annoying. The hose for the shower was broken and must have been for a while - suiting the all over appearance and substance of the bathroom. A refurbishing would be a good investment. Towels were very flimsy and thin.

It would be great if there would be room for some sport activities, like a cross trainer, some weights etc.

Way to bad pillow, quilt and towels and no ekstra in the room.

location was close to the event we attended and near food/shopping centre

the room cleanliness was horrendous, a lot of marks left in the toilet, bedding had stains and the whole room was dusty and dirty along with hair in the bath. when shown pictures they cleaned it within 5 minutes max and didn’t even do a good job we just needed to get our stuff sorted as it had been a long day. to top it off their response or compensation was to give us a tiny complimentary non alcoholic drink each… outrageous. the roof had water leaks and elevators were left running for a whole day before they finally shut them down… I’ve had hotels offer free night stay, discounts, meals all sorts but never such a small insult such as a small drink for inconvenience.

The position of the hotel was very convenient, the hotel room was very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly!

friendly staff and the location. free spa. quite place. it is fabulous place for relaxation and in a same time you can do your shopping at the nearest shopping center ( Puhr park) only 7 to 8 mins walks or 4 mins drive. plenty of free parking place in the hotel and in the shopping center. All these thing make this hotel unique place to stay. I l will probably visit this hotel again.

My room was a previous smoking room -all my clothes have a cigar smell after 2 days spent there. Heating in the bathroom did not work, the room was cold,even with the heater on max level The room very dirty: spider webs, hair in the bathroom,etc. Furniture,appliances old fashioned, broken or dirty, not appropriate for a 4* hotel! The reception staff arrogant, superficial and not helpful...

Breakfast was nice but seems to be a bit expensive (19€)?

Plenty of parking, clean room, good breakfast, staff pleasant. retail park just up the road with plenty of lovely restaurants

No kettle in the room however you can get a hot drink from downstairs. no laundry facilities

The location is near a shopping center. The room is reasonably clean.

Can't fall to sleep due to the noisy made from the bar in the hall. Every room is directly connected to the hall. The bed is not comfortable neither. The cleaner even took my own new bath sheet towel by mistake, which costs me 50 Euro. The manager later just gave me the cheap hotel towel as compensation. When I want to extend two days, the hotel manager told me that we don't need to book from booking.com, they will give me the same rate. However, when checking out. it turned out 20 Euro more expensive then Booking.com rate. Will never stay in the hotel again.
