The location near the beach and food was awesome. Even though my bag with my personal things including mobile phone and hotel card was stolen, the receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Our room didn’t look that great as it was quite dark inside. There was no sunlight coming in the room because we saw inside rooms of another hotel which was separated from our by just 3-meters-wide space. But as we are students and we eat a lot, it was totally fine considering the price :)

Very friendly staff, they organised our breakfast to be made for us to pick up when we checked out early. Great location next to the beach and good restaurant recommendations from staff.

I loved the view from our balcony and the proximity to the beach. The staff were super lovely , helpful and friendly. It was just opposite to where I needed to be for the Ironman . We had a great few days there!

Food (full board) in this hotel was very good: it was tasty, lots of options and quite variable from day to day. It always includes variable fruits and tasty desserts, ice-cream. Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There is no fridge in the room (however you can rent it for 5euro/day), no glasses and staff was not allowed to provide a corkscrew. So, everything was done by hotel to stop you enjoying your drink purchased elsewhere but not in the hotel. It was a bit silly and annoying. Also, interior of the room could be a bit better and hotel need to provide some facilities/lines on the balcony to dry towels, swimming suits etc.

Rooms are very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. We took a dinner option with the free breakfast buffet. Both were amazing. The staff is very generous with the food and it actually tastes good!

Fantastic breakfast, really! Professional bartender at the lounge bar, great cocktails - great vibe too. Room acceptable. Clean and bed ok. Rooms facing south (towards Barcelona) much better, as they have a great view from the balcony.

Horrible shower - every 10 seconds fluctuating from hot to cold and back. Noisy - cleaning lady banging doors with no regrets or whatsoever. First floor balcony facing north - bad smell, perhaps from the laundry downstairs? Not sure. Upper floors should be all right. Also no sea view. Currently just a view of a hotel 4 meters apart that is a wreck. In the future, a view of the customers on the balconies of the renovated hotel 4 meters apart.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't allow me to bring my pet, and my pet is a small cow's calf, so it poops and pees all over the rooms and leaves hairs and marks on the sheets and pillows, so the next guest when he gets so comfortable when my pet screams and when my pet leaves traces, I'm really interested in what those guests would say, would they have any objections, because it doesn't make sense, right? So I think that pets should be left where they brought them from or in a pet hotel and not take their dogs on vacation and when you have breakfast the dog barks and drools on the table next to you, it really doesn't make sense, it's my fault that I chose a hotel where pets are allowed but I didn't know it would look like that. I must mention, the hotel and the staff are truly outstanding.

Avoid breakfast and check- out rush hour if you need to use the lift can be long waits . Finding local parking places very difficult hotel parking limited so book early and expect the higher cost than local parking that come with that

wonderful people working there, really into making your stay great. the breakfast was a blast as well.
