Staff were so lovely, very kind and helpful. Staying for 16nights meant I got to know them, and they were all fantastic people. Wifi was strong enough to stream at all times of the day, very rare to find that in Lourdes. My 1st floor room had a long balcony and view of the river from the bed, which was lovely.
The room was very small, not a lot of space to maneuver around the bed. The toilet was not in the same room as the bathroom / sink, which I am never keen on. As stated, there is no air-con, and being there in August was uncomfortable. Parking information was misleading here, I was under the impression that the hotel had its own parking spaces, when in fact it referred to the onstreet parking around the hotel.
