Location and self catering facilities.
Not properly cleaned
Kitchen backsplash wall with a lot grease.
Exhaust fan NOT working!
Dishwasher does not the washing tablet as lock was broken.
Shower floor railings with black and rusted sections.

Probably the property changed management.
Our apartments were not properly cleaned.
Luckily we brought our own cleaning wipes
The kitchen hob backsplash was with a lot of grease. 😞
The shower floor railings had some mold and rusted parts.
An updated maintenance is highly recommended.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. While it was not the most spacious accommodation, it worked well for us and the facilities were good. The bathroom in particular was excellent, and having working air conditioning was definitely appreciated.
The biggest advantage was the location. It was extremely close to the Sanctuary of Lourdes and easily within walking distance, which made visiting the Sanctuary very convenient. Check-in and check-out were both simple, and communication was excellent throughout. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole stay very straightforward.
The apartment felt a little dated and somewhat tight in terms of space. It could probably benefit from some updating, but these were relatively minor issues and did not negatively affect our stay in any significant way.

Location was central, and facilities to cook and make own drinks
It was not well maintained ie. The toilet seat was loose, the taps moves around in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, it was generally poor quality fittings.
