We hired a one bedroom apartment for two of us and our dog (would have been ok for four) so we had extra space. apartment was a good size. Apartment was clean and equipped for self catering. be aware no bin bags, dishwasher tablets provided (as we anticipated)
Location of apartment was outer Lourdes so not as busy as central areas. Car parking was good . We used the apartment as a base for visiting the mountains but could also be useful for walking into Lourdes
Swimming pool closed at 6pmish so we were unable to use.
Be aware this is a busy complex with a mix of both holiday and residential apartments (wasn't an issue for us).

The reception employees were helpful.
The location is 20 minutes away but apart from a great bakery there's nothing else for necessities. To walk to the sanctuary there are hills and many steps , this is what makes it uncomfortable.
Breakfast was nothing special in fact we only took it once.
TV only french channels.
