Hotel Palazzuolo

A beautiful hotel with a stunning view. We enjoyed excellent accommodations throughout our trip by booking. The location is excellent—close to everything. The breakfast is outstanding, and you can sit outside facing the lovely view. It is within walking distance of the village's restaurants, pubs, and cafes.

I loved almost everything about this hotel - location, staff, cleanliness, the pool. I loved my dinner & 2 breakfasts I had. It has such a good vibe and energy. I talked to the owner at a dinner, which was super nice. The hotel is in a stunning area and I loved every minute of staying in it.

Guys, how can you charge separate for the pool towels? I mean, it’s like providing you a bed and charging for the bedding or providing a shower and charging for a soap? Just doesn’t make sense. The pool towel should be in every room as a given, because you providing this facility. Also, the breakfast should have some veggies - cherry tomatoes, for example. Also, I would have loved a little shampoo in the room. I didn’t know it doesn’t come with the shower so had to wash my hair with shower gel.

Overall a good deal for the price. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Grounds and pool were well maintained. They do require swimming caps at the pool and charge for towels so be preapared. Overall a lovely hotel and great location for visiting nearby Tuscan towns.

In terms of accommodation and relaxation facilities, the location was exceptional—very convenient and comfortable. The pool added an extra level of relaxation, while the evenings spent in the garden watching the sunset were truly magical. As for the restaurant, I would say that the terrace’s location is its greatest highlight, offering a wonderful atmosphere in the evening.

While I had nothing but praise for the accommodation, unfortunately, my experience with the restaurant was quite the opposite. The breakfast was rather modest, with relatively limited options, but that was far from the biggest issue. The main problem was the attitude of the restaurant staff. One blonde lady (unfortunately, I did not catch her name) was particularly unpleasant towards us. She got our entire order wrong, visibly showed annoyance whenever we asked for information, and generally treated us with a very careless and dismissive attitude. The food itself was also well below what I would expect from an Italian restaurant. We ate there on two consecutive evenings and tried different dishes each time, but both experiences were rather disappointing.
