Location on the beautiful beach was superb and the view from the room was lovely. Room was quiet.
Restaurant staff were wonderful,especially Kyaw, who was so helpful, gracious and respectful. Breakfast and other meals were excellent and reasonably priced.

I absolutely loved my stay in the grand deluxe double room with a sea view.
The room was huge, beautifully presented, and had an incredible view overlooking the entire beach. The resort is right on Silver Beach, which is honestly one of the most beautiful beaches in Koh Samui.
The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was really lovely, and the whole stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better location or view.
Other than that, everything was fantastic. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Crystal Bay Beach Resort!
The only thing to be aware of is that there are quite a few stairs if you’re staying in one of the higher rooms, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when booking although the viewis definitely worth it i

A great location right by the sea, ideal if you’re looking for nothing but relaxation
Given the cost of the accommodation, I expected the hotel to offer more services.
The rooms, which were very traditional and basic, weren’t always clean, and no courtesy kit was provided.
We also used the laundry service and several items of clothing went missing, no refund or solution was offered.
