Everything, the room is very clean and spacious, nice pool section right in front of the beach. You also get free transat on the beach. The breakfast was delicious!

Good location. Beautiful sea front.
There was construction going on when we arrived + in booking there was showing that our room had a beautiful view from our window, but you can get that only from 3rd floor and we couldn’t go there because hotel was full.
Hotel is super old and not in the best sanitary shape.
The only hotel in Thailand where we felt that hotels staff were pissed off all time.
