Location nice and close to beach and town
Bathroom was in adequate condition, shower flooded the floor , due to tiling falls to drain lower than the drain.
Staff changed the shower head to a handheld shower head , had to shower using that , this wasn’t mentioned on booking.com

Location is magical : can walk to everywhere in Lamai, very central !
Pool Villa is really great !
Probably the breakfast should be enhanced, with more choice, no empty dishes, real coffee. But what was there was good :-)

Beach position was amazing
Other guests thinking that they can secure beach chairs by having towels on them even when not present. The restaurant / bar could have been more proactive in serving guests. It could have been so much more
