Location, very attentive staff, they cooperate with you when you need them.
When I first arrived I was given a room not at all as the one I paid for. To move to another room I was asked to pay something like 1.359 shekels more. And the food at the rest needs improvement.

Have had a fantastic experience at this Resort. The staff especially Elaine have been incredible, the manager Elaine at reception goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is outstanding.
We were unfortunate to experience quite a long power cut when arriving and after a few hours the manager couldn't apologise enough, she provided 2 free drinks, a free meal and upgraded our rooms to a villa.
The standard rooms are extremely spacious, well equipped with smart TVs a great shower and an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Compared to some places I've stayed the bed here was like sleeping on a cloud!
The food here is also fantastic, if you're a gym goer this is the resort for you. Everything they do is meal prepped with all the macros and nutrition counted, everything is fresh, healthy and delicious! There is also a gym a very short walk up the road.
The villas we were upgraded to are amazing, they have their own private pools and are extremely spacious. Can't thank Zara Resort enough for making my trip even more memorable.
There isn't anything to not like!

It was a good location and right on the beach.
The private pool was tiny and ours turned green after a storm on our first day and didn’t change back the whole time so couldn’t even get in it.
The actual pool area was quite nice.
The doors/windows had gaps in them so we got bitten alive and woke up to a dead cockroach in our room.

The location
Very dirty room. Terrible bathroom. Cockroaches in the bad. Everythings smell. Hygienic zero. We booked for 7 days but after 4 night we check out.
