Loved the warm hospitality, wonderful staff, excellent facilities, relaxing foot massage, beautiful ambience and the many activities that made our stay truly enjoyable.
The high tea could be improved, as some of the food items were hard and lacked freshness, although the tea and coffee were good.

Incredible experience at the Radisson Hotel. The highlight - excellent friendly staff who make it feel like a ultra personal experience. Pavani and Vishnu at front desk were incredibly warm, accommodating and friendly. They were always very honest and when we needed a cab, they quoted a price but called back to say that the price would be lower - which shows integrity and prioritizing customer experience. The location is lovely with very easy access to a top beach in India. Dibangshi was sweet and very helpful in the AC lounge and also ensuring we were well taken care of.
Vinod at housekeeping was always welcoming with a lovely smile.
The rooms were immaculate. I loved the high tech rooms that you could control from the iPad. Whenever you requested room service or bathroom extras, the speed was very decent and attentive.
Food was very tasty. The Food at the Great Kebab Factory was positively divine. Such good flavour (although there is so many courses and so much food!) The staff for breakfast at Bayview are attentive and ensure you are comfortable.
Overall, you get a 5 star experience, largely driven by the amazing staff and I would be back here again in a heartbeat!
Not much to say here. I did say it was a birthday and they mentioned a cake would have been arranged. But that did not happen. However, we did not even mind as the excellent service and hospitality made up along with so much food already

The staff and services along with its proximity to the
sea with its star gazing options
Because of the forest type environment there are insects and lizards that you need to be mindful of but here again the staff are helpful in resolving any such issues

Good location and reasonably well maintained with greenery
The breakfast buffet was avarage but other in room dining options were well prepared
Most of the staff are very junior and are like trainees . They are attentive but overall seemed like they can’t handle situations - TV remote not working ; missing items when we did room orders etc
