Soggiorno perfetto. Il personale si è dimostrato non solo altamente professionale, ma dotato di un'empatia e di un'umanità fuori dal comune. Quando mia moglie ha avuto un problema di salute per il quale è stato necessario andare in ospedale (tra l'altro vicinissimo alla struttura), lo staff si è messo a nostra completa disposizione con ogni servizio possibile per alleggerirci da ogni preoccupazione e rendere la permanenza il più confortevole possibile. Un grazie di cuore al titolare, al personale del ristorante e in particolar modo a Sara, che è stata straordinaria e ha pensato davvero a tutto!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Gute Lage, tolle Unterkunft, angenehme Atmosphäre, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und waren sehr sauber. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, Vollpension zu buchen. Das Essen war auf dem Niveau eines sehr guten Restaurants – ein großes Lob an den Koch! Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere kellner Lucian aus Rumänien.

La cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff.
La pulizia sia nelle camere che nelle parti comuni.
Cibo di buona qualità.
Peccato per le tovagliette di carta sui tavoli nella sala ristorante che danno più l'idea di un bar che non quella di un hotel.

Pracownicy bardzo zaangażowani, chętni do pomocy, przyjaźni i zawsze uśmiechnięci. Szczególnie dziękujemy Lisie wydającej nam codzienne posiłki.:)
Panie sprzątające też doskonale dbaly o czystość a pracownicy recepcji chętnie pomagali. Zatem największą zaletą tego hotelu są ludzie .
Posiłki też byly smaczne więc brawo dla szefa kuchni.
Za małe pokoje i mikroskopijne łazienki. Brak balkonu. Łóżka dość twarde i niewygodne niestety.
