Great location, excellent access to everywhere.
They have no control over the umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach; they can't help with that, so those who rent them out charge a fee. They should make it free by agreement. Last year, no fee was charged, but now a fee is being charged with a limit.

Title: Perfect Beachfront Location for a Relaxing Stay
Considering the hotel’s location, there is really no better alternative in the area. The beach is literally right next to the hotel, and at the beach entrance there is a cantina and a taverna open from early morning until late at night. Even if you miss the hotel’s breakfast, you’ll have plenty of great options nearby.
There is also plenty of parking available, which is a huge advantage in Alexandroupoli. We stayed in the family room, and it offered enough space and comfortable beds for three adults and a six-year-old child.
If you’re looking for a relaxing, hassle-free holiday where you can simply walk to the beach instead of driving around looking for one, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The reception staff were extremely helpful both before our stay and after check-out. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

The location, the view, it was clean
The room needs maintenance, Old facilities, Not enough info given from the reception, really warm, the air condition only worked when the doors were closed and the doors were stuck and wouldn't close completely.
