I've stayed at the hotel many times over the years and it has never, ever disappointed me. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the bed's comfortable, there's excellent internet, which is important as I work online, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything is always very clean and the hotel is quiet and peaceful with gardens and a beautiful pool in the middle. There's a cafeteria downstairs for breakfast and a comfortable seating area with sofas. The hotel is in a perfect area just half a block from the pretty church on the square. There are numerous good restaurants and eateries. It's all easy walking distance from the main square with the cathedral and also for a stroll up the Paseo de Montejo.

Great location within walking distance of many attractions, but away from central noise. Nice restaurant in the hotel with good service.

Great location, lovely building and great value for money. Service and staff were great.
The beds weren’t that comfortable. They had plastic sheets or protectors that also weren’t that comfortable.

Excellent location central to almost all of the key sites of Merida with the added benefit of easy car parking
Bedroom and bathroom were old and not of contemporary standard
