Bed was comfortable, room was a good size and facilities provided in bedroom and bathroom were good. The receptionist who was there in the morning was friendly and helpful.
Entry lobby to the building is shabby and the lift did not seem to be working. This 'hotel' is actually one floor of a residential building - and the staff are only there in the morning, which did give us some concerns about security, my wife would not have stayed there alone. Due to no staff being on-site at check-in I was asked to email passport and credit card details, which I was not willing to do - I presented both in the morning at check-out instead.

Conveniently located close to the train station. A lot of restaurants nearby as well. Good size of the room. All facilities are quite new.

The room itself was clean and very well presented. The location is near to the Milan Central station. The bathroom was well stocked with supplies and very clean, as was the bedroom. The linen is white, very well laundered and everything generally well presented.
Coffee tasted ok. Breakfast was generous although only Continental. Fresh fruit was available. Water in bedrooms.
Staff are extremely friendly. Our issues were dealt with very quickly and obligingly.
If the room codes are sorted, the hotel is somewhere we would stay again.
There seems to be an issue with codes to get into the bedrooms. We could not get into our room on arrival, which was very late at night. The code for our bedroom didn’t work, although it had given us access into the building & to the hotel corridor. We were relieved that the out of hours concierge number worked & she was able to wake the housekeeper, who gave us another code that worked. The next morning after breakfast, we had another problem getting back into our room and we had to get yet another code from reception. They were very helpful.
It needs to be made clear for logistics that the hotel occupies two corridors amongst other offices/apartments. And, although the common parts of the building are in need of decoration and may mislead visitors to wonder if they have the right building, the rooms themselves are very clean & well presented.
It’s also worth knowing for logistics that the label outside the corridor on rooms on Floor 2 says “Bed and Breakfast “ and does not say M2M.
The bed was very firm, which I was ok with, although my husband found it too firm.
