Wow. The management here is hands down the best hotel management team I have encountered. Not only do they excel at customer service, but they genuinely care about their guests' comfort and experience. Before I booked, they even took the time to show me the room to ensure it met my standards, which immediately made me feel valued and welcomed. I was amazed by the quality of the room. The bathroom had been beautifully remodeled with a modern walk in shower, excellent lighting, and a great ventilation system. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and the large smart TV connected seamlessly to both my laptop and phone without any issues. What truly set this property apart was the level of hospitality. Management remained responsive throughout the night, quickly accommodated my request for extra towels, and greeted me at check in with a bottle of water and candy. Those small gestures made a lasting impression. I also appreciated being trusted with one of the newly remodeled rooms and could tell great care had gone into every detail. The location is another major plus. It is quiet, well maintained, and the surrounding guests and neighbors were respectful, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I am incredibly grateful to the management team for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and I will absolutely be staying here again in the near future. Highly recommended.

Trust me, I do not say this lightly: there was absolutely nothing I did not like about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations. From the warmth and professionalism of management to the quality of the facilities, every aspect of my experience was outstanding. I was genuinely amazed not only by the value of having a safe, quiet, and comfortable place to rest, but also by the quality of the amenities and the beautifully remodeled room at such an affordable price. It is rare to find a property that combines exceptional hospitality, modern accommodations, cleanliness, and affordability so well. This stay far surpassed my expectations, and I would gladly return without hesitation.

The tv was too small, the controller didn't work. Not enough towels. Not enough soap. Not enough toilet paper. Shower head was broken or is breaking down.
