Location is convenient to major highway/roadway
Room was very clean and bathroom was updated and fresh
Price was very good for Portland area
Room had a kitchenette that was spotless and RV size refrigerator perfect for longer stays
A/C ran on fan without kicking off which helped negate the road noise immensely.
Room had a musty smell but windows do open and there was a ceiling fan. After a bit, the odor wasn't too noticeable.
There is road noise. I-5 runs right behind the motel and Barbur Blvd. was pretty busy too.
Mattress was a bit saggy and pillows a bit flat

The staff is friendly. I mentioned how good the food smelled that was being cooked in their private residence and they shared with our whole group. The rooms were super cute and the whole complex gave vibes of a time gone by.

I needed a hotel in this area. I found this motel was newly renovated so the room was like new, and very clean. The staff were awesome at check-in. The bed was comfy, and the AC cold. I had the suite with a wonderful kitchen as well.
Road noise is audible as the highway is right in back of the hotel. I always pack ear plugs and they did the trick.
