Апартаменты находятся в очень хорошем местоположении. Супермаркет Mercadona расположен буквально в двух шагах, что очень удобно для повседневных покупок. Большим плюсом является наличие бассейна — это особенно удобно в дни, когда погода на море не располагает к купанию.
Указано, что это квартира с одной спальней, но фактически это одно общее помещение, где спальная зона отделена только пластиковой перегородкой.
Состояние апартаментов оставляет желать лучшего: ремонт очень старый, помещение выглядит неуютно. В квартире не было даже мыла для мытья рук. Мебель имеет запах сырости, что создавало неприятное ощущение во время проживания.
