It is a small and comfortable place since you can reach almost everything by foot in just a couple of minutes. Since we love to explore new places and the environnement, we try to walk as much as possible and in our 4 days of spending vacations in Split, we visited 4 different beaches, one taking only 15 minutes by walk, other ones 30-45 minutes. Same goes for visiting the old town which is located in the immidiate vicinity.
The host was more than kind and we could check-in ealier in order to leave our stuff there, which made it very comfortable for us. The communication was also very simple and I believe the host could be reached at any time.
The apartment was very vell equipped and had everything we needed for a couple of days.
Everything was very clean as well and the towels felt like the ones you usually get in hotel rooms.
Unfortunately the only thing which could have been an additional plus is the possibility of having a washing machine, which is not necessary for few days but it would have been more comfortable cleaning stuff while having very much weather.
Also the appartment is quite darkisch - tho for me it was fine since I need the possibility of having dark rooms in order to sleep. And we also only used the apartment for sleeping, but this could be a negative point for others really needing light rooms.

Hôte très sympathique et à l'écoute. L'appartement est très bien agencé et très bien équipé. L'air conditionné était un atout important. Plage Kastelet, très belle, à 5 minutes en voiture. Le centre ville de Split est à 5 minutes à pied.

Demi sous-sol d’immeuble : pas de fenêtre (vasistas), donc pas de lumière ni de quoi ouvrir
Impossible de se garer à proximité : gros point noir (mais sur toute la ville semble t t’il )
