Right in the heart of Santa Christina Valgardena, the B&B Marina is a perfect base for exploring the Val Gardena area. We visited in summer when the hiking and cycling are the activities and there are so many options. B&B Marina has a fantastic contactless check-in system, which worked perfectly despite our later than expected arrival. The room was big and comfy, as was the bed. The breakfast was great, the staff friendly and helpful and we loved our stay. There are plenty of places to eat in the town , along with lovely shops.
Don't leave it late to have breakfast as the hot food goes quite quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a convenient option in a good location and this was exactly that! It was clean, had parking for our car, a great breakfast, and was quiet. As we were hiking every day, we just needed somewhere to lay our heads and B&B Marina was perfect for that. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The location is fantastic, few mins away from Ortisei and good number of restaurants within walking distance for dinner. The hosts are so lovely and have a great selection for breakfast.
The pillows are a bit uncomfortable, but other than that everything was great!

Price was reasonable given that it was a last minute booking due to change of plans.
Unfortunately, the experience was more than disappointing. The owner was quite unwelcoming, and based on how they treated locals, it seemed clear that guests from outside the region or country are not treated with the same level of respect. Upon check-in, the lady at reception was unhelpful. As a solo female traveler with a large suitcase, I was assigned a room on the top floor. When I asked for assistance or even the possibility of a lower-floor room, she responded coldly and made no effort to help. At another property in St. Cristina—also without a lift—the owner at least offered to help carry the luggage upstairs.
Considering the high rating of this place, I expected a much more welcoming and comfortable experience, especially towards international guests.
