Our apartment with a view of the stunning mountains and garden was very spacious and well equipped for a comfortable stay. A garage is available for parking but I do advise to follow the signs to Villa Otto once google maps brings you to the Villa as you do need to keep driving around to the back entrance. It was exceptionally clean and Matthias was so helpful in providing some toys and he even helped us to bring our luggage in. I was travelling with my daughter and her baby and toddler so having a lift in the building was a bonus and a clean portable cot with linen provided was a bonus as we have had to hire a cot in our places. A laundry is available with both a washing machine and a dryer but you do need to book in to use it. There was a drying rack on our balcony too. There is a playground within walking distance and we walked into town which is a beautiful walk ( we actually walked to get the gondola to Col Raiser to save having to find a car park ) I highly advise stocking up on groceries and including essentials such as salt, pepper , shower gel etc because they are not provided. The kebab shop a few minutes away was fantastic for the nights you don’t want to go far.

The location was conveniently close to everything we needed.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the garage was convenient.
The host, Matthias, was very welcoming, helpful, and great to talk to.
The places we visited during our stay at the villa were amazing.

Wat een prachtige omgeving, schitterend gebied in de bergen om te wandelen.
App ligt met het terras heerlijk aan de zonzijde met een prachtig uitzicht.
Host Matthias geeft super uitleg wat er allemaal te doen is in de omgeving.
Nogmaals dank Matthias voor de mooie dagen in Zuid-Tirol.
