Extremely comfortable, great location just out of town with bus at the front door. Fabulous breakfast and we loved the spa facilities
Our room was looking over the road - didn’t bother us as we were out all day - but if you want a view I would request this. Also the spa ‘rules’ are very confused- some parts require swim wear other not !! - a bit ridiculous and it’s not obvious unless you read the detailed rules - which most people don’t . We wore swimwear as this is what every other Italian hotel has required, but is seems that the rules at this hotel where more in line with the Austria ?? Having said this - we loved the spa area - it was a highlight of the hotel.

Very easy to get to and close to Ortisei and the city centre for Val Gardena. The room was really nice, serviced daily with attentive staff.
The breakfast was great, with a fresh cake daily.
The hotel also provides a free bus pass for your stay, and the bus stop is 1 minute away so it’s really convenient.
Only downside is no air conditioning so it can get stuffy at night.

Lovely accommodation with cosy & romantic aesthetics. Host family were very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was very tasty and a wide selection to choose from cooked breakfast to cereals. Host was attentive, even remembering our coffee/tea choices by the last morning. Bus stop right out the front with a few stops to town with complimentary ticket supplied. Very easy to use! Highly recommend & will forever remember this stay!
No tea & coffee facilities in the room but this seems to be an Italian custom.
